Establish a unique username, create and confirm your password, and provide your email address. Finally, check the agree to the terms and conditions box, and click ‘Continue’. You will be automatically logged in to your My Health Plan account. In order to complete the registration process, we must validate your email address. Look for an e-mail delivered to the email address you provided. You will need to click the link included in the email to finalize your registration. If you cannot click on the link, copy and paste it into your browser's address bar and hit enter.
Username must be between 8 and 20 characters not contain symbols and have at least one letter and one number.
